How To Set Your Work Hours And Schedule.

As a Groomer, it is important to have your clients know your availability. This can be set and edited in your GrooMore Account settings. Additionally, you can change your phone number, choose the color you'd like to appear on the Calendar, enable online booking, and choose your work location.

Set Up My Work Hours

To set your work hours:

  • Navigate to Settings → Account→ Click the dropdown box next to Work duration per day → Choose from the dropdown options.

Once you've set up your work hours, the Calendar screen will show how many hours you're booked.

EX:

  • Kristi's appointment with Boo took 1 Hour and 20 minutes out of their 8 hour work day (1 h 20 m/ 8 h).
  • James's appointments took 3 hours and 30 minutes out of their 8 hour work day (3 h 30m/ 8 h).
  • Becky's appointment took 1 hour and 15 minutes out of their 4 hour work day (1 h 15 m/4 h).

 Please note that this will not prevent clients from booking an appointment on your days off. You or your Admin must set up your days off in the Availability screen.

Set Up My Work Schedule

  • To set up your work schedule:
    • Navigate to Settings → Availability → From here you can edit your default work schedule, weekly schedule, monthly schedule, and choose closed days.
    • You can also set up recurring/alternating work schedules.

 

Please note that clients will not be able to book an appointment on your day off and your calendar will be greyed out. You can also switch your settings in the calendar screen to only see working staffs.
