How to Find Your GrooMore Number.

As part of your GrooMore subscription, you will be assigned a text-only number. This can be used to send automated text messages, including appointment reminders, intake forms, agreements, and payment links. Additionally, you can use this number to conduct two-way text conversations with your customers and respond directly to your customer within the GrooMore App or our web version.

1. Log in to the GrooMore software using your credentials. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Settings screen by clicking on the Settings Icon (Gear) found on the left hand side.

2. Click on Business from the list of settings.

3. In the Business screen, you should see a field labeled "GrooMore Number". Your unique GrooMore number will be displayed in this screen as "send-out number".

 

If you are still having trouble finding your GrooMore number, you can reach out to the customer support team for assistance. They will be able to provide you with your GrooMore number and help answer any questions you may have about using the software.

 

Set up my GrooMore Number

  • To get a number for sending reminder texts
    • Navigate to**Settings** Settings → BusinessGrooMore Number. Click on Get Number → enter your area code to generate a number.

Please note that it may take several hours before you can use your GrooMore number for texting. Each GrooMore number must undergo a verification process to ensure that the account will not be used for spamming purposes.

 

Call forwarding feature

Although you cannot directly call the customer from the text-out number, you can forward the number to your business line. When the customer calls the text-out number, the call will be forwarded to your designated business line. There is no additional charge for this call forwarding feature.
