How To Add Or Delete A Staff

As a Business Owner or Manager, it is important to onboard new staffs and remove access to departing staffs. This can all be done in your GrooMore Account settings. Additionally, you can edit your staff's information, work hours, work locations, ability to book or take online bookings, and color code.

Adding A Staff

To add a staff:

  • Navigate to Settings → Staff→ Add Staff.

Once you click on Add Staff, you will need to input their:

  • Avatar (Profile Photo)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Role
  • Password to log into GrooMore
  • Phone number

 Please note that you can add a new role using the dropdown box next to "Role".

Once a staff has been added, you can edit their information from the Staff screen or have your staff edit their own information by:

  • Navigating them to their Settings → Account.

If you are still having trouble adding a staff, you can send us a message from the GrooMore software.

Deleting A Staff

  • To delete a staff:
    • Navigate to Settings → Staff → From here you can click on "Delete" to remove a staff from your GrooMore account.

Please note that deleting a staff will prompt you to reschedule their future appointsments to other staffs and the reports/records will still track the departing staff's previous transactions.

 

If a staff was deleted by accident, you can message us using the GrooMore software to recover the staff's account.
