<li>Navigate to**<code>Settings</code>** Settings &rarr; <strong><code>Business</code></strong> &rarr; <strong><code>GrooMore Number</code></strong>. Click on <strong><code>Get Number</code></strong> &rarr; enter your area code to generate a number.</li>

<p><em><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);">Please note that it may take several hours before you can use your GrooMore number for texting. Each GrooMore number must undergo a verification process to ensure that the account will not be used for spamming purposes.</span></em></p>
<h2>Call forwarding feature</h2>
<p>Although you cannot directly call the customer from the text-out number, you can forward the number to your business line. When the customer calls the text-out number, the call will be forwarded to your designated business line. There is no additional charge for this call forwarding feature.</p>
