Canceling or Rescheduling Appointments

In this video, I will show you how to cancel or reschedule appointments in our system. If a customer wants to reschedule, we can easily drag and drop the appointment to a different day, time, or groomer. We can also use the dock feature to search for a better day and time. If the appointment is recurring, we can apply the changes to just this appointment or all future appointments. Additionally, I will demonstrate how to cancel appointments and provide a cancellation reason.
